Student Records Policy

 

IQTEFL is developed by IQBar Limited and follows the same ethos as IQBar Limited. We take great pride in having established a culture that is built upon a set of integrated values. The purpose of the IQTEFL course is to provide teaching, guidance and encourage learning. We aim to support our trainees through the course. Part of this support process will require obtaining details of our trainees.

 

This policy sets out the information we will formally keep on record in terms of our trainees. All information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and retained for as long as necessary and appropriate. All information is kept safe and secure and not shared unless in line with IQTEFL Policy.

 

What Records We Will Keep?

 

• All student registration details;

• All fees payable and/or paid;

• Refunds pending and/or approved and provided;

• Time spent on each element of the course;

• Students' feedback on assessments, amongst other areas;

• Students’ assessment results;

• Students’ post-course evaluation/feedback.

 

 

IQTEFL’s Student Records Policy is fully supported by the Senior Management Team of IQBar Limited and the IQTEFL Team.

IQTEFL’s Student Records Policy is monitored and reviewed annually.
